Enrollment Information
Gibbs After-School Program is a multidisciplinary after-school program that focuses on providing a student-centered experience after the school day has ended. Through a wide variety of activities that we offer such as active games, art projects, clubs, board games and more, students have the opportunity to engage with peers across all Learning Communities, forging lasting connections and relationships that take them through Gibbs and beyond. Our staff is highly qualified and passionate about developing positive connections with students, being supportive role models, and encouraging students to treat one another with kindness, compassion and respect.

To enroll your child(ren), please fill out a registration form and send it to us either via email to [email protected], mailed to the Gibbs School (41 Foster St, Arlington MA 02474), or dropped off at the front desk at Gibbs. Please also send a $50 registration fee, which can be submitted along with your registration form via check (made out to Arlington Public Schools) or online via the town payment portal (located here: https://bit.ly/3szzFNb).
PLEASE NOTE: Students must be in 6th grade and attend the Gibbs school to be eligible for this program

We accept rolling admission to the Gibbs After-School Program, so all students that apply get into this program. As a result of this, we do not send out confirmation emails to tell families that their child(ren) got into the program, because all students are accepted. If you send in your registration form and fee, you will hear from us with more details about the fall sometime in June and in Aug before school starts.
